Returns

We don’t accept returns. Here’s why.

Every piece in the Pendelem line is cut to order in small, planned runs at a family-run atelier in Porto. We don’t carry standing inventory, and we deliberately don’t overproduce — the run for each style is sized to the orders we actually receive.

That model is what lets us pay our makers fairly, keep prices honest, and avoid the wasteful overstock cycle that most clothing brands rely on. The trade-off is that a returned garment can’t simply be reabsorbed into stock and resold — it compromises the integrity of the run, and in practice it ends up in landfill.

So we ask something different of you: take a moment before ordering. Read the fabric, the dimensions, and the care notes. If you’re between sizes or unsure about a fit, write to us first and we’ll help you choose.

If something is wrong

If your piece arrives faulty, mis-cut, or different from what was ordered, that’s on us. Write to support@pendelem.com within fourteen days of delivery, include a photo, and we’ll make it right — repair, replacement, or refund, whichever fits the situation.
