Shipping
Every order is hand-prepared at our workshop in Porto. Because we make in small, planned runs rather than warehouse standing stock, our timeline runs a little longer than a typical retailer — and we think you should know exactly what to expect before you order.
Step One
7–10 days
From your order to a tracking number.
We use this window to pull your piece from the run, inspect it, hand-fold it, and book it onto a tracked carrier. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number the moment your parcel is collected.
Step Two
2–3 weeks
Total time, order to door.
Most orders arrive within two to three weeks of being placed, including the preparation window above. International orders sit at the longer end of that range; customs delays, when they happen, are outside what we can control.
Cost
Included
Shipping is on us.
Standard shipping is included in the price you see at checkout. No surprise fees, and no rushed-out parcels at the end.
